1. Gathering data concerning the property
Save images, texts, equipment features, seasons and prices and update your occupancy calendar.
2. Creating portal entries
We create the entries on all portals, synchronize the calendars and release the properties so that they are live for reservations.
3. Managing reservations
If a guest makes a reservation using one of the portals, we will automatically generate the reservation documents for you and for the guest and send them via email.
4. Synchronizing the portals
At the same time, we also maintain all of the calendars in all of the portals so that duplicate reservations are impossible.

We manage the reservation confirmation
As soon as the reservation has been made, you will receive an email including all of the guest data – name, address, contact data. You will also receive the data concerning the services you have booked, including the services required. Our reservation documents govern the payment terms agreed between the guest and yourself. The guest will receive a reservation confirmation with your contact data at the same time. You no longer need to do anything. Everything is done for you!
Transparent billing
Once they have made their reservation, guests will pay a deposit to you, and shortly before their trip commences, they will pay the remaining balance to you. You therefore receive 100% of the price of the trip in your account and so you have full control over your income. The best thing: We only charge our commission once the guest has departed.
Online reservations process for your own website
Do you have your own website? Then ensure that your property can also be booked online there, by integrating the complete SECRA Fewo-Channelmanager booking process quickly and simply onto your website. Making real online reservations will now be child’s play for your guests.
Of course, you can also integrate the occupancy calendar onto your website. In the landlord area you will find the source code for this, which you can enter into all kinds of systems such as WordPress, Contao, Typo3, Jimdo, 1&1 or other modular systems and content management systems (CMS).
iCal occupancy calendar synchronization
We also offer an iCal import and iCal export service (2-way synchronization). This means that you can also keep your occupancy calendar up to date in other portals such as Ferienwohnungen.de, Traum-Feriendwohnungen.de, Ferienhausmiete.de and many more.
