Reservation confirmation

How will I receive my reservation confirmation?

You will receive your reservation confirmation immediately after you have made your reservation on the email address you have indicated. If you have lost your reservation confirmation, we will be happy to resend it.

Arrival / Departure

What are the arrival / departure times?

The landlord will send you the times for arrival and departure directly. You will find the landlord’s contact data in your reservation confirmation.

Payment

How can I pay for the vacation property I have reserved?

You can pay very easily via bank transfer directly to the landlord. You will receive the bank account details as well as the payment terms in your reservation confirmation. We are not able to give you any information about received payments. You can request this information from the landlord.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation. The following cancellation fees will apply:
If you cancel (fail to show), you will generally be charged 90% of the cost of the reservation.

With the exception of:
If you cancel up to one day before arrival, only 80% of the cost of the reservation is payable.
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, only 50% of the cost of the reservation is payable.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, only 35% of the cost of the reservation is payable.
If you cancel up to 45 days before arrival, only 20% of the cost of the reservation is payable.
